- Development of hiring process for contractors of all tiers to follow based on City of LA Project Labor Agreement or LA County Dept. of Public Works’ Local and Targeted Worker Hire Program.
- Monitoring of Local Tier 1, Tier 2 Overall Apprentice, Local Apprentice and Disadvantaged/Targeted Worker requirements.
- Update database to track certified payroll report hours

Responsibilities (con’t)
- Facilitate preconstruction meeting with owner, prime contractors and subcontractors to review project hiring requirements
- Provide monthly project status reports to Prime Contractor with subcontractor’s monthly performance; project goals and requirements status.
- Provide monthly company status reports to subcontractors.
- Maintain database of local and targeted workers
- Provide outreach to unions, worksource centers and other CBO’s to recruit local/targeted workers
- Collect and verify targeted worker certification forms to determine worker eligibility
